So here are the facts about working with Precision Home Specialists a family owned small business by Ricky and Faith. I wanted to install a new shower from scratch. I found several contractors and sent them the idea. Ricky and Faith called, we set up a visit and once I met them I instantly knew their company was the one to trust with this. Now the quality of the work done CANNOT BE BEAT. Ricky and his crew took their time making sure each stage of putting the shower in was to ANSI standards (if you are unsure what that is, look it up) and current building codes both are a very important part of what your contractor should be performing work to. On top of that, they installed a waterproofing material called Schluter which when done right, has a lifetime warranty, best part is Schluter has trained Ricky and crew on it and that certification is GOLD. If your choice of a contractor does not know or use a certified,warrantied and high quality product WHY are you paying him money you worked hard for to not get the quality you deserve? Ok, back to the shower. Every stage of it, Ricky not only explained it, but took pictures for my records so I could see exactly what was done. No hiding shortcuts or doing it half assed there. Pardon the length of this review but if you are considering having work done in your home, there are many things to consider when choosing a contractor. So , bottom line they did an above EXCELLENT JOB from start to finish. Ricky and Faith are excellent at keeping their customers informed, we even had a few after hours calls to discuss things. They do what they say they will, do a little extra to make sure it a smooth process for you, they show up on time ready to work, there is no hidden anything with honest communications and thoughts. Ricky has many skills and can do MUCH MORE than just showers, he is able to be a one stop shop for many projects around your home. I GUARANTEE once you meet him and Faith the remodel and home improvement projects you have been putting off because finding a guy who can do them is over. I know you will be very happy you found them just like I am. It is tough to find people you can trust to do the right thing when it comes to home improvements but I can say without doubt, calling and hiring Precision Home Specialists is one of the best choices you can make. COST: The first question that everybody asks, cares about and focuses on. Bathrooms and Kitchens are NOT CHEAP to do, the materials and labor make them what they are. Precision Home Specialist pricing is BEST VALUE for what end result you get. I shopped this around and the cheap guys did not mention half the actual work it would take, the most expensive gave me a feeling they were not going to show up every day and use the best materials. The good thing about Precision is you know exactly what it will cost, no hidden oh we had to get this or that, they send you an updated invoice, you can make payments against the total balance as the work progresses.
