This is where the magic starts - not at the finish line, but at the framing stage. Before a single cabinet goes in or a tile gets set, there's a whole lot of work that happens right here. Bare studs, open floor plan, concrete subfloor. This is what a kitchen remodel looks like when you're doing it the right way.

We don't skip steps. When our clients in Fort Worth trusted us with their kitchen, we knew the job called for a complete gut. That means stripping everything back so we're building on a solid, clean foundation - no shortcuts, no covering up old problems with new materials. What you see here is a space that's been fully opened up and prepped for a total rebuild.

The floor plan rendering shows exactly where everything is headed. The layout is designed around how people actually use a kitchen - the flow from the cooking zone to the dining area, the counter space, the placement of appliances. Getting that plan locked in before construction moves forward is what separates a clean result from a chaotic one.

A kitchen remodel at this scale involves a lot of moving parts - framing, mechanical rough-ins, layout decisions that affect everything downstream. We handle all of it. Our clients don't have to coordinate between five different contractors or wonder what's happening next. We manage the whole process from demo to done.

We're genuinely excited about where this one is going. The bones are set, the plan is solid, and the build is underway. Stay tuned - there's a lot more progress to share on this one.
